Billing Specialist Trainer
Cassidy has extensive experience in revenue cycle management, with over 5 years of experience in the Oral Maxillofacial Billing field, driving results and improving key collection ratios. She has also been an integral part with onboarding and training new team members.
Cassidy is passionate about providing clear communication and accuracy to patients regarding their benefits, as well as supporting and educating the teams at NPOS. Cassidy’s goal is to make the financial aspect of treatment as smooth and stress-free as possible for patients while improving results for the organization.
When she is not supporting the team, she enjoys her downtime through various creative outlets, camping, and volunteering in her local community.
