I am pleased to introduce Tara Swider, our new Provider Relations Manager at North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery. Tara brings more than 16 years of experience in the dental industry, with a proven track record in operations, team leadership, and practice support.
Tara’s arrival marks an important step forward for NPOS as we lean into our concierge frictionless model, a standard of care built on the idea that every touchpoint in the patient journey, and every interaction with our referring partners, should be seamless, responsive, and personal. Technology will continue to play a critical role in how we scale as an organization, however technology only works when it is paired with humanistic connection. Tara embodies that balance.
